Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding

Recruitment is an inevitable cost in any business. It can also be a leaky bucket that sucks valuable resources away from other critical areas of the company. For supervisory and leadership roles, what is it currently costing you for every poor hire or promotion, people not being looked after on day one, and not catching problems during probation periods?

Why does recruitment go wrong?

Outdated screening methods
Poor interview techniques
Recruiting for skill instead of fit
Failed onboarding processes

Research shows that the standard and most widely used recruitment techniques are no longer suitable for today’s employment environment. We provide you with contemporary recruitment solutions that will fill the gaps in your current system, saving you money, improving the quality of your hires, and enhancing retention rates. These solutions will ensure that your investment in your key people is retained within the business and provide a return for years to come.

Recruitment Selection - EI Selection Tool

A screening tool that measures how well a candidate demonstrates Emotionally Intelligent behaviour in the workplace.
This extensively researched and validated screening tool includes sophisticated measures of lie detection, inflated scores and inconsistent responding, and adjusts scores accordingly to ensure meaningful results. The survey is timed, providing candidates with 30 minutes to complete.

The report then provides you with specific interview questions in the areas identified in the assessment that require deeper analysis and scrutiny.

This is perfect for the HR lead and people who often find themselves on an interview panel but are not adequately trained, immediately building the capability of every interview panel.

EI Self Assessment & Introduction to EI Development

Imagine every new starter gets an immediate opportunity to measure their level of demonstration of Emotionally Intelligent behaviour. Right from day one, they are supported in developing their EI Skills further.

Using a self-paced platform, they can explore their results, create an action plan and begin their EI development journey. A powerful way to support your people from day one, and embed the importance of EI as a critical skill and part of the culture of your teams and organisation.

Probationary Period Review - EI 180 Assessment

Moving new hires successfully through their probationary period is critical. Ensuring they are supported as they begin in their new role, with clear expectations, is an essential part of the onboarding process. However, so is evaluating performance and ensuring any problems are identified during this period and rectified. And when it is clear that a new hire will not be the right fit, they are recognised and appropriately supported out of the business before their probationary period finishes.

Our probationary EI assessment ensures that each new hire is evaluated and displays behaviours that are the right cultural fit for your organisation. The results can then be used to provide feedback to someone who won’t successfully pass their probation or to coach a successful probationary employee in the areas they must focus on developing as they continue their employment with you.
