Crisis Capability
A crisis on a construction site isn’t a question of ‘if?’ – it’s a question of ‘when!’. When things go wrong, is your team ready? Are your systems working? We know that keeping workers safe isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about every worker taking accountability for their safety and the safety of those around them. However, it is also about authentic leadership, clear communication, and making crisis management something that actually works on-site when it is needed most.
Too often, when things go wrong, only a few people really know what to do, and those with the most responsibility find that what happens in reality is nothing like what they might have learned in a textbook or from a checklist. Many are left with lifelong scars from the impact of something that has gone wrong on-site.
We build crisis capability at all levels of the organisation because everyone needs to know what to do when things go wrong, how to look after themselves, each other and the important steps for recovery.
Online Crisis Capability Module
Crisis Capability Simulation Face-to-Face Workshop
Online Crisis Capability Module
Every worker has access to this critical online module, where they will learn about what happens in a crisis, how to look after themselves and those around them, who can support them, and how to manage the heightened emotional state and pressure that is present when something goes wrong. It will also give them essential information about what happens post-crisis and how they can get the support they need or provide others with it.
Crisis Capability Simulation Face-to-Face Workshop
This powerful real-time simulation workshop not only teaches leaders what they need to know in the event of a crisis but also equips them with practical experience in how to lead through a crisis with Emotional Intelligence.
How to rebuild trust, learn positively from the incident, and take the necessary steps to prevent future incidents.
Your team will also identify gaps in the current systems and processes and develop a tangible action plan to correct those gaps and strengthen those processes. This workshop isn’t just about compliance, it’s about saving lives, protecting mental health, and making every worksite in Australia safer, smarter, and stronger.
See it in Action

How we work with you
Every worker will have access to the online Crisis Capability module, and you will be able to track your cohort’s progress, engagement, and completion.
We will work with you to identify those team members who would benefit most from the Crisis Capability Simulation workshop and ensure that the simulation is designed for maximum impact, practical experience and deep learning.
