How we work with you
Every worker will have access to the online EI development modules. You will be able to track progress, engagement, and completion of your cohort.
We will work with you to identify those who would benefit most from the 180 Assessment and provide them with a debrief of their results by a highly skilled EI Coach. They will be supported in completing an action plan addressing the areas highlighted in their results, and they will use this action plan as they progress through the modules.
We will help you identify if and who a face-to-face workshop would be a worthy investment, and develop the content to meet their needs specifically.
