A full 360 Leadership EI Assessment provides your current leaders with real-time data about the impact they are having on those around them from their direct reports, their direct line manager, peers and other significant stakeholders.

Expertly debriefed on their results by a highly skilled EI Leadership Coach, they will develop an action plan that can be incorporated into their annual development program. Essential skills development and high levels of accountability for displaying the desired leadership behaviours, driving the culture from the top.

Emerging Leaders

Using the 180 Leadership EI Assessment tool, those aspiring to or identified as having leadership potential can receive real-time feedback on their leadership impact in their current role. Expertly debriefed by a highly skilled EI Leadership Coach, they will create an action plan for their ongoing development of the skills they need to build readiness for a leadership role.

This can be used as a pathway to a promotion or as setting an expectation for what is required for someone who is not yet displaying the behaviours required to progress into a leadership role. 

Two-Day Leading with Emotional Intelligence Workshop

A face-to-face Leadership Retreat where existing leaders are immersed in an intensive learning and development opportunity to level up their leadership capabilities. Using their 360 Leadership EI Assessment results and action plan, participants will be deeply challenged to address the areas of greatest development need and emerge with a holistic and balanced leadership skillset. 

This experience can also be tailored to a cohort of emerging leaders as an accelerated development opportunity.
